Blue Cloud IKE (hereinafter "Blue Cloud" or "the company") considers the security and protection of your personal data to be of the utmost priority, regardless of the capacity in which you communicate or cooperate with us, such as, but not limited to, visitors, former or current customers, employees, partner merchants, suppliers, or third-party collaborators.
Your personal data includes any information that can lead, either directly or in combination with other data, to your unique identification or location as a natural person. This category includes, indicatively, information such as full name, tax identification number, social security number, image and video, physical and electronic addresses, landline and mobile phone numbers, bank/debit/prepaid card numbers, email addresses, equipment details, web search data (log files, cookies, etc.), and any other information that allows your unique identification under the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), applicable Greek law, and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).

This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about the terms of collection, processing, and transfer of your personal data that we may collect as Data Controllers.
2. Methods of Collecting Personal Data
Blue Cloud will always request the minimum required personal data from you in order to provide its services. These may include, indicatively and as appropriate:
- name, surname, email address, postal address, contact phone number, and order number
- transaction proof details
- information collected when you contact us via the contact form, such as subject and free text
- information collected through the use of cookies, provided you have consented
- information received from third-party partners such as merchants, relating to the execution and delivery of your order
3. Personal Data of Minors
In general, for the execution of our activities, we do not collect or process personal data of minors, nor do we provide information society services to individuals under 15 years of age.
4. Lawfulness of Processing
Blue Cloud will use your information for at least one of the following lawful processing purposes:
- For the signing and execution of a contract between us and the fulfillment of our contractual obligations.

6. Transfer of Data to Third Countries (Outside the European Economic Area – EEA)
Blue Cloud does not transfer personal data to third countries.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We will process and store your personal data for the entire duration of our business relationship and as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations.
Your data is deleted:
- when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed
- after your request or objection to processing, provided there are no legal reasons requiring us to retain this information
- when it is no longer necessary for compliance with legal obligations
- if the collection and processing of the data was based on your consent, after you withdraw your consent
8. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
In the course of our business activities, we do not use automated decision-making processes.
9. Use of Your Data for Marketing Purposes
We may process your personal data to inform you about our services and for suggestions that may interest you or your business.
The personal data we process for this purpose refers to information you provide directly to us as well as data we collect when you use our services or that we have received from a cooperating third party relating to the fulfillment and delivery of your order. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, including profiling.
10. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding the personal data we hold about you:

- To object to the processing of your personal data [known as the "right to object"] when we rely on our legitimate interest but there is something particular about you that makes you want to object to processing for this reason. If you submit your objection, we will no longer process your personal data.
You also have the right to object in cases where we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes. This also includes profiling to the extent that it relates to such direct marketing.
11. Right to Lodge a Complaint with the HDPA
Before submitting your complaint, you must contact us by exercising your rights as provided by the GDPR above. If your requests are not satisfied, or you believe our response is not as it should be, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) (www.dpa.gr).
12. Security of Personal Data
At Blue Cloud, we have trained and responsible staff and recognize the importance of protecting your privacy and all your personal information. For this purpose, we have appropriate security policies and use the required technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, such as encryption, use of firewalls, establishment of strict control systems and access levels, authorized employees for processing, regular staff training, and periodic audits.
Any partner who has access to the above information uses it exclusively to serve the above purposes. We share the information you provide to us only in the ways described in this Policy.
